The Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club will be accepting bids for lawn care services for the following areas:
 

H-40 Entrances (Engadine, MI)	Estimated area size

A-trail	15' x 34'
G-trail	20' x 15'
Pole gate	17' x 27'
Riverview	24' x 20'
Greylock North	23' x 12'
US-2/Naubinway Road Entrances (Naubinway, MI)
Pumping station	13' x 18'
Elbow Lake	15’ x 30’
East Beach 1st	15' x 10'
East Beach 2nd	40' x 24'
West Beach	40' x 30'
Arnold Rd	18' x 8'
East River	35' x 60'
Middle River	24' x 16'
West River	20' x 30'
Greylock South	20' x 30'

Requirements;

• Season will run approximately June 1^st to September 1^st
• Service should include mowing, weed whacking, and trash pick up
• Frequency expected to be every 7-10 days
• Contractors provide their own equipment and should provide list with bid
• Bid should reflect per location, per service date price
• Invoices will be paid within 7 working days
• Winning bidder will need to provide proof of insurance and maintain current, on file
• Winning bidder will need to have a completed W9 Form on file
