 1st   * Happy New Year! Office will be closed.
         * Late Firearm Antlerless Deer & Late Bow Season Ends.
         * Ruffed Grouse season ends
15th  * Board of Governor's Meeting at the Activity Building Starting at 9:00 a.m.    
31st  * Raccoon Hunting & Raccoon, Muskrat, & Mink trapping season ends.
 


February
1st    *  Last Day to apply for Spring Turkey Hunting permits
1st    *  Bobcat trapping ends.
19th  *  Free fishing weekend.  Have Fun !
26th  * Millecoquin Lake Winter Carnival.

March
1st      *  Coyote and Fox Trapping ends.  Bobcat hunting ends.
13th    * Daylight Savings Begins, don’t forget to set your Clocks ahead 1 hour.
15th    * U.P. Walleye, Pike, Muskie season ends.   

April
15th     *  Coyote hunting season ends. 
16th     * Board of Governor’s Meeting at the Activity Building Starting at 9:00 a.m.
22nd    * Good Friday
24th     * Easter
30th     * Trout Season Opens


May
1st     *  Apply for your Bear Hunting permits
15th   *  U.P. Walleye, Northern Pike, Muskie Season opens.
 28th  * Office will be open for Memorial Day weekend.
           *  Bass Season opens. 
 29th   * Office will be open for Memorial Day weekend.
 30th   * Memorial Day, office will be open.



June
1st      *  Last day to apply for Bear Hunting permits.
10th - 12th   * Sportsman's Triathlon- 
11th    *  Free fishing weekend. Have fun !
19th - 22   *  Helga Flower Water Color 4 Day Workshop
25th    * Annual Meeting at the Activity Bldg. @ 9:00 am
            * 2011 Annual Dinner Dance "On the Wild Side - HSC Style"  


July
4th    * Independence Day!  Have a great 4th of July, Office will be open.
15th  * Coyote Season opens
16th  * Board of Governor's Meeting at the Activity Building Starting at 9:00 a.m.
          * HSC Pig Roast with all the fixings- 5:30 p.m. @ The Activity Building

December
1st    * Archery Deer season resumes.
3rd    * Muzzleloading Deer season opens in Upper Peninsula.
12th  * Muzzleloading Deer season closes in Upper Peninsula.
24th  * Christmas Eve.
25th  * Merry Christmas! 
31st  * Bass season ends.
          * New Years Eve.
